This is the famous Prater Ferris Wheel!

The Prater is an Amusement Park in Vienna, Austria. It is famous for it's Giant Ferris Wheel. The top of the Ferris Wheel reaches 64.75 meters. The insides of the different compartments of the Ferris Wheel are interesting. Some have seating where complete meals are served while others have pic-nic tables inside or just open areas for the public to stand and view the magnificent scenery.
